Pick-up of your order is always possible, you can place your order online and select the option for pick-up while ordering!

We offer free shipping all over the world.
What is the delivery time?
This depends on whether the product is in stock. The product states exactly what this is at the time of ordering. From the day of delivery, the delivery time within the Benelux is 3- 5 working days and the rest of Europe is approximately 3-10 working days (depending on the country).
Do you offer financing?
Not at the moment, but plan to do so in the future. It is also possible to finance the bike through an ebike financier. We only offer Klarna in 3 terms or in3 at the moment!
Can I pay afterwards or in 3-terms?
Yes, we offer this payment option through our paymentpartner Klarna to all our customers! If you're request is declined we don't have any influence on that. Klarna's decision is based on several credit-factors.
